Planning for Life After
High School, College, and Beyond

Navigating the future can be overwhelming—especially for students and young adults with disabilities. I partner with individuals and their families to create a personalized, actionable path forward—one that honors their unique needs, supports growth, and encourages authentic self-expression. Together, we build the skills and confidence needed to move through the world with clarity, purpose, and peace.

I would love to speak with you if you identify as someone with:

  • Neurodivergence

  • Learning Disabilities

  • ADHD

  • Autism

  • Anxiety

  • Depression

  • Acquired Brain Injury

I understand that many students transitioning to college hesitate to seek support—not because they don’t need it, but because they’re navigating complex feelings about identity, independence, and how they’re perceived by others. Some want to move past the labels they carried in high school, avoid being singled out, or simply don’t see their needs reflected in the systems meant to support them. Others aren’t sure if accommodations are “fair,” are not sure how to talk about their disability, or have had negative experiences with teachers or accessibility offices that left them feeling discouraged. I meet students where they are—with empathy, clear information, and tools to build both self-awareness and self-advocacy—so they can move forward with confidence, on their own terms.

Support here goes beyond a once-a-week session—I'm available for ongoing communication and collaboration tailored to each student’s needs. Whether I’m working directly with the student or involving parents as part of the process, our shared goal is to foster confidence, connection, and growing independence.
